Got to keep my streak going.
Tonight I finally cooked with some frozen prawns I’ve had in my fridge for… I don’t know how long. I was sure they would be off but it turns out they weren’t going of until the start of 2027 so I guess I still had a bit of time left. I think that’s more a reflection on how long frozen food lasts than how recently I bought them. I reckon they’ve been untouched in my freezer for at least 6 months or more. The reason I was bold enough to finally cook them is because my soccer practice got canceled tonight and I used AI (google gemini to be precise) to find me a recipe with the ingredients I had. I was pretty impressed and maybe a feature I will use more into the future for when I haven’t shopped for a meal but still want to cook one.
The other thought I had today was I feel like I need to learn the basics of project management. I think I was kind of thinking about this on last Sunday’s entry. Maybe it would help me manage my team of robots.
In other news I feel my zim notebook is trying to keep me to focus on writing not editing because every time I hit backspace it freezes for 5 seconds or so which is super frustrating but really good practice to not hit backspace. Very hard with all my spelling mistakes
